On 27-01-2026, Value Oil and Gas Services Private Limited successfully organized a Farmers Training Program on Oil Palm Cultivation and Crop Management at Nandirajupalem Village, Bellamkonda Mandal, Palnadu District. The program was designed to educate farmers on scientific and sustainable oil palm cultivation practices, covering key aspects such as plantation techniques, nutrient management, pest and disease control, and overall crop maintenance to enhance yield and long-term productivity.
The training program was graced by Shri M. Rama Mohana Rao, Vice President – Value Oil and Gas Services Pvt Ltd, along with Bellamkonda Mandal leaders, Village Horticulture Assistants (VHAs), Area Manager Naveen and field staff, whose presence and guidance added significant value to the session. Their interaction with farmers encouraged the adoption of modern agricultural practices and addressed practical challenges faced in oil palm cultivation.
A total of 40 farmers actively participated in the program, engaging in interactive discussions, sharing experiences, and seeking clarity on best farming practices.
