Value Oil and Gas Services Pvt. Ltd. Organizes Exposure Visit for Progressive Farmers from Ananthapur District

On 18 June 2026, As part of its continuous efforts to promote sustainable and profitable oil palm cultivation, Value Oil and Gas Services Pvt. Ltd. organized an Exposure Visit for 82 progressive farmers from Uravakonda and Vajrakarur mandals of Ananthapur District. The visit was conducted in Eluru District, where the farmers had the opportunity to explore oil palm plantations of different age groups and gain firsthand knowledge of successful cultivation practices.

The exposure visit served as an interactive learning platform, enabling farmers to observe various stages of oil palm growth and understand the practical aspects of plantation management. Progressive oil palm farmers from Eluru shared their experiences and provided valuable insights into best management practices, including scientific plantation techniques, efficient irrigation methods, and strategies for enhancing productivity and income generation.

Through direct interactions with experienced growers, the visiting farmers gained a deeper understanding of the long-term benefits and economic potential of oil palm cultivation. The initiative also encouraged knowledge exchange and inspired farmers to adopt modern agricultural practices that contribute to higher yields and sustainable farming.

The program was graced by Shri M. Rama Mohana Rao, Vice President – Value Oil and Gas Services Pvt. Ltd., along with Mandal leaders, Village Horticulture Assistants (VHAs), Area Manager Naveen, and field staff. Their presence, guidance, and active participation added significant value to the session and reinforced the company’s commitment to farmer empowerment and agricultural development.
